Komitmen Organisasi, Budaya Organisasi, Keadilan Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, organizational justice, and job satisfaction to organizational commitment in the National Education Department in around the Government of Gorontalo’s Province. Sample study involving 310 civil servants. The results are: (1) organizational culture directly affects organizational justice, (2) organizational culture directly influence job satisfaction, (3) organizational justice directly influence job satisfaction, (4) organizational culture directly affects organizational commitment, (5 ) organizational justice directly affects organizational commitment, (6) job satisfaction had a direct impact on organizational commitment.
The study also produced findings directly influence the manifest variables on latent variables as follows: (1) eleven manifest variables directly influence the organizational culture, (2) ten manifest variables directly influence the organizational justice, (3) fifteen manifest variable directly influence job satisfaction, (4) nine manifest variables directly affect the organization’s commitment.
Based on this research, the factors of organizational culture, organizational justice, job satisfaction and organizational commitment should be developed by leaders at the National Education Department in around the Government of Gorontalo’s Province
